Kelly's Bedroom Makeover

It's been awhile since my last post. Still no card craft mojo... Decided to channel my energy into doing a makeover on my daughter's bedroom. It's been vacant since she left the nest over12 years ago. It was time. I wanted to create a seaside bungalow. Thanks to Kohl's, Amazon, and the Home Goods Store...I was able to pull it off...




The quilt at the bottom of the bed was made by me during the quilting phase of my life. My daughter was just a toddler at the time.



The picture above the chair is a piece of artwork Kelly created when she was in high school.

I always forget to take before pictures; however, this is pretty close to what it look like before the makeover.

 A lot of credit goes to Barry. He took the time out of his very busy schedule to paint the room. Since I moved all Kelly's furniture to our bedroom, he was highly motivated...
