
These cookies were made using a vintage recipe from the early 1950's. I chose to test this recipe because it called for Bisquick. I had never heard of using this product for making cookies. I now understand the "quick" part of the word Bisquick. They were fast and easy to make. The recipe was taken from the 1954 edition of Betty Crocker's Good and Easy Cookbook:
